Our Beef
All our beef is locally sourced by ourselves direct off Anglesey farms. They are grass fed, using only British breeds of Cattle, mainly Welsh blacks and Welsh black crosses. Also available to us are pure Herefords and their crosses. We then hang all our beef for up to four weeks and no less than three weeks which enhances the flavour and tenderness of our beef.

Our Lamb
All our lambs are locally sourced by ourselves direct off Anglesey farms where they graze our lush Anglesey pastures, all year round. We pick larger, meaty lowland-type lambs for Easter to mid June and have a good supply of Anglesey Salt marsh lambs mid summer to the end of Sept. Later on in the year we source the welsh mountain breed which are born mid April, keeping our lambs young later on in the year.

Our Pork
All our pork comes from the same farm every week. They are traditionally reared, fed on a mixed diet of barley & whey for succulence and flavour. Buying only gilts (females) for that added quality point which makes the difference between good pork and bad pork.

Our Bacon
Our award winning bacon, which is a sweet dry - cured recipe, makes a wonderful dry sweet bacon full of flavour, with no white spot deposits. NO SHRIVEL JUST SIZZLE!

We have a full range of cuts including middle cut, back bacon, streaky bacon and long back bacon. We also have home dry sweet cured hams which we roast and finish with bread crumbs. These can be bought as joints or sliced for your convenience.
