With an exceptional selection of pork, beef, sausages, cheese, burgers, pies, eggs and much more (all hand-picked by ourselves) we have developed an outstanding reputation throughout North Wales and the UK.

With many years' experience in the industry, we pride ourselves on sourcing the finest quality products available each season. For your peace of mind, all our staff members are fully qualified butchers / craftsmen who are passionate about sourcing, preparing and supplying the finest products.

Karl Jones served his apprenticeship in the historic town of Beaumaris some 22 years ago - "I have come to appreciate the traditional farming techniques of the island's farmers, using only traditional British breeds of livestock; giving our meat, which is hand picked by ourselves, a flavour all of its own."
